[OSLC] CM 1.0 specification changes

Since the CM 1.0 specification have been finalized, 3 issues [1]  have 
been identified with one of the specifications [2]

The WG agreed [3] to open up the specification to make the changes 
necessary [4] as the changes did not impact the capabilities in the 
specifications but instead removed ambiguities.

If there are any objections to these changes, please raise them on this 
email thread or to me directly.
