[OSLC] Architecture Management Team Kickoff Meeting

The OSLC Architecture Management team just had our first meeting.  The
minutes of the meeting have been posted on the wiki.

We meet every other week.  Our first priority is to identify and understand
the key business scenarios that involves architecture management.  Loosely
speaking these are the activities and artifacts in traditional analysis,
design and construction.
