I'm pleased to announce the creation of a new topic for Estimation and 
Measurement under the Software Project Management scenario area.

This topic will focus on collaboration between software estimation, 
project management, reporting, and portfolio management tools. The initial 
work will focus on compiling a set of standard definitions, and 
corresponding URIs, for software metrics and related properties.

I'll be serving as the Topic Leader as we start up this activity. Please 
contact me if you are interested in participating. Also, please forward 
this note to anyone else who may be interested.
