Update on CmOfRequirements 
Added ability to query for change requests from RM tools 
Need for state-transition for managing requirements changes that have been 
completed vs. ready to be completed 
Discussion around delegated query building, selection and presentation, 
using a query to seed a resource picker 
ACTION: SteveSpeicher, MatsGothe to provide next iteration, drill-down on 
the scenario. 
Review of CmScenarioReviews 
ACTION: DenisTyrell to provide scenario on SCM integration with CM at 
CmScenarioReviews for 16-Dec meeting 
CM WG will coordinate with SCM 
ACTION: future topic on how to align implementation efforts around 
scenarios on 6-Jan
