[OSLC] Workgroup mailing lists

Just a heads up that several of the OSLC workgroups have established topic
specific mailing lists. We'll continue to use this community list for
cross-oslc discussion and announcements. I've asked the workgroups to post
minutes from their calls to this list so people can keep up at a summary
level on what's happening in the workgroups.

In case you have interest, here are the subscription pages for topic
specific lists that have been created.
