[OSLC] OSLC Workgroup Best Practices

At the suggestion of several of the oslc community, I drafted a topic on
the wiki that describes some of the shared principles of the community and
some operational best practices for workgroups (

 ). Hopefully this is helpful, especially to people that are trying to
learn more about how things work in practice. Review and comment in the
wiki page itself are most welcome. Please consider this a place for adding
