Agreement on moving convergence start to April 15 
Target finalization of spec on May 8, leaving about a week for legal 
sign-offs 
Update on implementations of 1.0 spec work 
Need for Service Provider spec: SteveSpeicher producing specification. 
Details on oslc.properties errors...206 (partial content seems reasonable) 
SteveSpeicher will further validate this usage 
Delegation of UI - picker and submission work progressing (prototyping and 
specification) AndreWienand? prototype, SteveSpeicher specing 
CmJsonFormat reviewed by MikKersten and team, no issues except all the 
URLs but couldn't define a way to remove it.
